Your cargo sails on the vessel we name.
We name the vessel and the sailing date when you book. If it doesn't sail on that vessel, you don't pay freight on that shipment.
Send your port and rough volume. Written rate and vessel name back within the hour. Free, no obligation, and it comes from Ian, not a call centre.
Most forwarders confirm your space. We name the vessel.
A confirmed booking is not a sailing. Cargo gets rolled when space tightens, and the first you hear of it is when your customer in Kuching calls to ask where their goods are.
So we put it in writing. The vessel and the sailing date are on your booking. If your cargo doesn't sail on that vessel, you don't pay freight on that shipment. No claim form, no argument.
The conditions, in full
- ✓Booking confirmed at least 5 working days before ETD
- ✓Cargo at our Port Klang warehouse by the stated cut-off
- ✓Documents complete at booking
- ✓Excludes force majeure: port closure, vessel casualty, government action
The promise covers the sailing, not the cargo itself. We arrange marine insurance on request, and we'll always tell you to take it.
From your message to a booked vessel
Three steps. The first one takes about ten seconds.
Send your port and volume
WhatsApp Ian with the destination port and roughly how much you move a month. That's all we need to price it.
Written rate within the hour
A proper written quotation during office hours. Not a ballpark over the phone, and not in three days' time.
Book, and we name the vessel
Your booking carries the vessel name and sailing date. We handle K3, CIPL and clearance; you send an invoice and packing list.
If it fits the vessel, we'll ship it.
Cartons on a pallet, six-metre steel pipes, a machine that needs three men and a forklift. Consolidated in our Port Klang warehouses, lashed into the container, and on a named vessel every week. One route, run for thirty years.

Every week we move appliance, lighting, hardware and FMCG cargo for Malaysian manufacturers and distributors, including Pensonic and Panasonic lines bound for Sabah and Sarawak. Long, heavy and out-of-gauge cargo goes on the same weekly sailing: LCL, FCL, RoRo, break bulk.
Already have a forwarder? Don't move.
Run three shipments with us alongside them and judge us on those. Same promise on all three: we name the vessel, or the freight is free. After three, you decide. If we're not better, you've lost nothing and you have a benchmark.
Which port do you ship to?
Send your port and rough monthly volume. You'll have a written rate within the hour, with the vessel named.
Not a form and not a call centre. Message me directly and I'll come back to you myself.
